This is the San Guillermo Parish Church at Cabambangan, Bacolor, Pampanga. Historically rich, the church was named after the hermit and sait, san Guillermo, and also to honor the founder of the town, Guillermo Manabat. It is said that the location of the church was donated by Guillermo Manabat which is also the same place where his mansion was located. Anyway, St. William is the English name of San Guillermo.
